Studies indicated that free-virus sweet potato had the advantages of quick growth, more brunches, early tuber for- mation, and was with high commodity rate and yield-increasing rate. The techniques for nursing seedlings, multiplication and high-yield cultivation of virus-free sweet potato were summarized in this paper.
