摘要
分析了福建省建宁县里心镇杂交水稻种子生产发展的概况和存在问题,提出新形势下稳定和发展制种基地的对策。
General development situation and existing problems in production of hybrid rice seeds in Lixin Town of Jianning County were analyzed, and countermeasures of stabilizing and developing seed-producing bases under new situation were put forward.
