摘要
为合理利用香蕉秸秆,研究其力学特性,采用正交试验法,以香蕉秸秆为对象,对不同含水率、不同部位的秸秆在电子万能试验机上以不同的加载速度进行拉伸试验,测得不同条件下香蕉秸秆拉伸的最大载荷以及破坏力对香蕉秸秆的影响。试验结果表明:香蕉秸杆拉断力的主要影响因素依次为含水率、加载速度、加载部位。随着香蕉秸杆根部含水率的增加,拉断力逐渐减少,并呈现平缓趋势。随着香蕉秸杆根部和中部试样加载速度的增加,拉断力逐渐增大,达到最大数值之后呈现下降趋势。同样的加载速度情况下,根部断裂所需要的力比中部小。
To make full use of banana stalk, its mechanical properties were studied by orthogonal experimental method. With the banana stalk being test objects, straw in different parts and different moisture content, in the electronic universal testing machine at different loading speed by tensile test, impact test under different conditions of banana stalk tensile maximum load and damage to the banana stalk. The data showed the influences of the maximum load and destructive power of banana straw's tensile force on the banana straw under different experimental conditions. The test results showed that: major factors affecting the pulling strength of banana strength were as follows: moisture content, loading speed, loading conditions. With the increase of the moisture content in the root of banana straw, pulling strength decreased gradually and followed a smooth trend. With the increase of the loading speed in the middle sample and the root of the banana straw, pulling strength increased gradually until it reached the maximum number and then it began to decease. Under the same condition of loading speed, the root needed smaller strength than the middle part to rupture.
