野牡丹科植物种间杂交及子代遗传分析 被引量:9

摘要 进行了野牡丹科植物种间杂交育种试验和子代遗传分析。结果表明,野牡丹属种间杂交较为容易,最高结实率可达71.4%;杂交后代与亲本的主要性状分离严重,其中4个杂交组合的花径、株高出现不同程度的超亲遗传,细叶野牡丹和毛稔杂交后代出现花瓣瓣化现象;4个杂交组合的所有性状均具高的遗传力,表明其性状受较强的遗传基因控制,可在子代中稳定遗传。 This study tested crossbreeding between Melastomataceae plants and analysed progeny genetic. The research proved that Melastoma species hybridization was relatively easy. The highest percentage was 71.4%. The main traits of hybrids and parents separated seriously. Plant height, flower diameter of 4 hybrid combinations appeared different degree of transgressive genetic. Flower petals double phenomenon appeared on hybrids of Melastoma intermedium and Melastoma sanguineum. All traits of 4 hybrid combinations had high heritability, indicating that traits were controlled by gene strongly, could be stably inherited in the progeny genetic.
