摘要
微藻因生长快、油脂含量高/占用可耕地面积少等优势成为生物柴油的重要原料之一,优良的富油微藻藻株是研究和生产微藻生物柴油的首要关键技术。从选择育种、诱变育种、细胞融合和基因工程育种等方面阐述了当前富油微藻的选育概况。
Microalgae have been attracting attention as one of important feedstock of biodiesel production, due to their high growth rate, high lipid content and requiring less arable land. However, obtaining oleaginous microalgal strains with excellent properties is the the first and key issue in the terms of large-scale production of microalgal biodiesel. It is illustrated for the current general situation of oleaginous microalgal breeding from the technique of selection breeding, mutation breeding, cell conjugation and genetic engineering.
