摘要
为了生产高质量的润滑油基础油 ,考察了加氢精制催化剂RN -1的脱氮性能 .以大庆油 15 0BS和 15 0SN为原料 ,在 2 0mL固定床加氢试验装置上 ,分别考察了温度、氢分压及质量空速对催化剂性能的影响 .试验结果表明 :在反应温度为 410℃ ,氢分压为 14MPa ,质量空速为 1.0 0h- 1 ,氢油体积比为 5 0 0的条件下 ,15 0BS油的脱氮率达到 99.1% ;在反应温度为 380℃ ,氢分压为 13MPa ,质量空速为 1.0 0h- 1 ,氢油体积比为 5 0 0的条件下 ,15 0SN油的脱氮率达到 99.4% .RN -1催化剂具有优良的脱氮性能 。
The hydrodenitrogenation performance of hydrotreating catalyst RN-1 was investigated in order to prepare high quality lube base oil. The experiments were conducted on a 20 mL fixed bed hydrotreating unit with 150BS and 150SN oil as feeds. The effects of temperature, hydrogen partial pressure and space velocity on catalyst performance were investigated respectively. The results show that the hydrodenitrogenation rate of 150BS is 99.1% under the condition of a temperature 410 ℃, a pressure of 14 MPa, a WHSV of 1.00 h -1 , a H 2/Hydrocarbon molar ratio of 500 and the hydrodenitrogenation rate of 150SN oil is 99.4% under the condition of a temperature 380 ℃, a pressure of 13 MPa, a WHSV of 1.00 h -1 , a H 2/Hydrocarbon molar ratio of 500. RN-1 catalyst has a premium hydrodenitrogenation performance. It can be used in hydrotreating of 150BS and 150SN oil.
