阳离子单体——对-乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵的合成 被引量:1

摘要 研究了阳离子单体———对 -乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵 (VBTAC)的合成路线及反应条件 ;实验结果表明 :在苯乙烯氯甲基化反应中 ,投料物质的量比为n(苯乙烯 )∶n(聚甲醛 )∶n(HCl)∶n(PCl3) =1.0∶2 .0∶1.0∶0 .3 ,每摩尔苯乙烯中催化剂的用量为 5 .0g,反应温度为 6 5℃ ,反应时间为 2h的条件下 ;对 -氯甲基苯乙烯产率为 87.5 % ;在对 -氯甲基苯乙烯季铵化反应中 ,n(对 -氯甲基苯乙烯 )∶n(三甲胺 ) =1.0∶1.5 ,反应温度为 30℃ ,反应时间为 1h时 ,VBTAC的产率可达10 0 % .由该方法制备VBTAC是可行的 . The synthesis of p -vinylbenzyltrimethylammonium chloride was studied with optimal reaction parameters presented. A 87.5% yield of p -chloromethyl styrene was obtained when the reaction was carried out under conditions in which the reactant ratio (Styrene∶Polymerized formaldehyde∶Hydrochloric acid∶Phosphorus trichloride) was 1.0∶ 2.0 ∶1.0∶0.3(mol), catalyst dose was 5.0 g/mol styrene, reaction temperature 65 ℃, reaction time 2 hours. In the quaternization of p -chloromethyl styrene, the ratio of p -chloromethyl styrene vs trimethylamine was 1.0∶1.5(mol), reaction temperature and time was 30 ℃ and 1 hour respectively.
