摘要
柴油机采用无气门座圈结构后,为实现气门-气门座孔摩擦副硬度匹配合理,采用激光表面淬火工艺,通过对激光功率、扫描速度、保护气量等参数的合理调整。最终使气门座孔锥面硬度满足了气门-气门座孔摩擦副要求。
When non-valve-seat structure was applied on cylinder-head, to make the matching hardness of valve and valve hole rational, a process of laser quenching was adopted to adjust rationally parameters for modification of power, velocity anti protected gas. Finally, the c, onical surface hardness for valve-seat bore meets the requirements of valve-valve-seat bore frictional pair.
