摘要 正时链条噪声的主要激励成分是啮合冲击和多边形效应引起的振动。阐述了正时链条噪声的产生机理,介绍了正时链条噪声的识别方法,并采用传递路径分析方法,分析了正时链条噪声的主要传递路径,对主要传递路径上的零部件进行了排查和整改,为链条类噪声的问题发现和整改提供了一定的参考。 The main excitations of timing chain noise are the impact of gear engagement and the vibration of polygon effect. The paper has introduced the main factors of timing chain noise and how to identify the noise. Basing on transfer path analysis, the author has traced the main paths of timing chain noise, and optimized most of them. The paper has provided a method to identify the chain noise, and given a reference of similar problems.
