摘要
电力项目的可行性评价研究为电力项目的投资决策提供科学的分析和论证,是一项必不可少的前期工作。针对农网变电站项目特点,构建了可行性评价指标体系,将模糊综合评判法应用于变电站项目的可行性评价研究,运用改进的层次分析法来确定指标权重,结合单因素评价,运用多级综合评判模型,获得最终评价结果。以35kV雅瑶变电站项目为实例,进行可行性综合能力评价,评价结果将为该变电站的投资建设提供科学依据。
Analysis and demonstration for investment decision of electric power project are provided by feasibility evalu- ation research,which is a indispensable preliminary work. According to the characteristics of substation projects of rural power network, index system of feasibility evaluation is built. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in research on feasibility evaluation work. The calculation of weight coeffients is finished by improved analytic hierarchy process. The results of the overall goal is obtained by assessment of single factor and multi-level comprehensive evaluation model. The project of 35kV YaYao substation was taken for example and its comprehension evaluation results can provide reasonable basis for the construction investment of this substation.
