摘要
CY5型液压操作机构采用压缩氮气储能的工作方式,由于无法直接测量氮气预充压力,导致现场安装后液压机构压力不合格现象时有发生。对储压筒充氮阀结构进行测绘和分析,通过现场试验和计算,设计氮气预充压力测量调整装置,提高液压操作机构氮气预充压力测量准确性。
CY5 hydraulic operation mechanism adopts the working way of compression nitrogen stored energy. Because nitrogen precharge pressure can not measured directly, failed phenomenon of hydraulic mechanism pressure sometimes happens. The paper analyzes charge nitrogen valve structure of the storage pressure cylinder. By test and calculation of the site, design nitrogen precharge pressure examination and regulation device,increasing measuring accuracy of hydrau- lic operation mechanism nitrogen precharge pressare.
