CY5型液压操作机构采用压缩氮气储能的工作方式,由于无法直接测量氮气预充压力,导致现场安装后液压机构压力不合格现象时有发生。对储压筒充氮阀结构进行测绘和分析,通过现场试验和计算,设计氮气预充压力测量调整装置,提高液压操作机构氮气预充压力测量准确性。
