摘要
从贵州某酒厂大曲中分离得到一株编号为IS517的菌株,通过对该菌株的菌落形态及显微镜形态观察,分子生物学研究等,鉴定该菌株为黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)。对该菌株产糖化酶研究表明,该菌株产糖化酶的酶活力较高,该菌株可应用于白酒大曲的强化,处理酒糟等。
The strain IS517 was isolated from Daqu in a distillery in Guizhou. Through colonial morphological observation, microscopic morphological observation, and molecular biological research, the strain was identified as Aspergillus niger. Furthermore, its capability of producing glucoamylase was investigated and it was demonstrated that the produced glucoamylase had high activity. Accordingly, such strain could be used for strengthening Daqu and treating distiller' s grains.
