葡萄酒原产地鉴别研究进展

Research Progress in the Identification of the Producing Places of Grape Wine

加强对我国葡萄酒原产地的保护,对规范我国葡萄酒市场及提高行业竞争力的意义重大,故需要建立葡萄酒的产地鉴别"指纹",形成系统的检测体系,从而保障地方特色葡萄酒的权益。分析了葡萄酒中与原产地相关的辨别因子,简要介绍了应用相关技术对葡萄酒的原产地加以鉴定和保护的研究进展。

To strengthen the protection of the original producing places of grape wine in China is of great significance in standardizing Chinese grape wine market and improving the competition of wine-making industries. Therefore, the discrimination fingerprints to identify the producing places of grape wine has been established and the measuring system has been set up, which could safeguard the rights and the interests of local grape wine. In this paper, the discrimination factors of grape wine related to the original producing places were analyzed, and the research progress in the identification of the producing places of grape wine was reviewed.
