摘要
根据简化力学分析模型 ,建立了储罐的振动分析方程 .以 10 0 0m3 拱顶罐为例 ,对无控单质点、附加液压阻尼控制系统 (HDS)单质点体系进行了仿真计算 ,通过对比无控与有控时储罐的位移与绝对加速度的时程曲线 ,研究了HDS控制系统对立式钢制圆柱储罐的减震效果 .计算结果表明 :应用HDS控制系统减震效果可达 5 0 %以上 ,并给出了HDS控制系统设计需求的参数适用范围 .
Hydraulic damper control systems are applied to the elastic cylindrical steel storage tank's shock\|resistance. According to the analytical mechanical model, vibration analysis equation is established. Simulation calculation with time history is put up according to a storage tank whose cubage is 1,000 stere. The displacement and absoluteness acceleration of the non\|controlled tanks are compared to the controlled, damping effect is researched. Calculation result shows that the damping effect is good. According to the result, applied ranges of the parameters for the HDS are given.
