摘要
建立石墨炉准确高效测定蒸馏酒中铅含量的方法,以石墨炉测定蒸馏酒中重金属铅含量为目标,考察样品前处理、灰化温度、原子化温度、基本改进剂等因素对测定结果的影响。通过实验条件优化,样品峰的拖尾现象得到解决,背景峰面积显著减小,灵敏度、精密度、准确度得到提高,校正曲线从原来的0.999869提高到0.999923。该方法能最大程度改善样品峰的前延、双峰和拖尾现象,具有简洁、高效、准确、灵敏度高的优点,为蒸馏酒铅含量测定方法提供一定的参考,结果达到国家标准要求。
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry had been developed to determine Pb content in distilling liquor. The influencing factors including sample pretreatment, ashing temperature, atomization temperature, and base modifier etc. were investigated. Through the optimization of experimental conditions, the tailing of sample peaks was settled, background peak area decreased evidently, the determination sensitivity and precision and accuracy got improved, and calibration curve increased from 0.999869 to 0.999923. The use of such method could better forward-extension, double peaks and tailing of sample peaks to the maximum extent. Besides, it provided useful reference for other determination methods.
