摘要
研制了乙醇一步合成乙酸乙酯的催化剂CoO CuO ZnO Al2 O3.该催化剂是以γ -Al2 O3 为载体 ,采用浸渍法 ,担载上Cu ,Zn ,Co等金属组分制成 .利用XRD ,XPS ,TPD等表征手段分析了催化剂的组成及其酸性 ,结果表明 :催化剂中的Co除了以CoO的形式存在外 ,还有Co3O4和CoAl2 O4的形式 ;金属Co的加入 ,改善了催化剂的酸功能 。
The catalysts CoO/CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 for direct synthesis of ethyl acetate from ethanol have been prepared by means of soaking the carrier γ -Al 2O 3 and carrying the metal constitute Cu, Zn and Co. The composition and acidic properties of the catalysis have been characterized by XRD, XPS and TPD. It shows that the Co exists in the form of Co 3O 4, CoAl 2O 4 besides the mainly forms CoO. The transition metal Co has been used to modify the acidity of the catalysts to obtain better matching of the acidic and basic sites needed by disproportionation reaction.
