磁共振技术对脂肪肝诊断的最新进展研究

摘要 脂肪肝作为如今较为常见的一种慢性肝病,正在被越来越多的国家所重视,而逐渐增多的肥胖和糖尿病患者使得脂肪肝的发病率逐年增高。其病变过程可分为四步,即单纯性脂肪肝,脂肪性肝炎,进而转变为脂肪性肝纤维化,最后发展为肝硬化。脂肪肝作为一种前期可治愈的良性肝脏疾病,早发现即可早治疗,所以尽早确诊有着不可言语的重要意义。但有别于传统的方法,磁共振可以不破坏人体结构,对脂肪性肝病进行早期诊断,因而具有良好的应用前途。 The fatty liver as a chronic liver disease is now more common, being more and more countries seriously makes the incidence of fatty liver gradually how obesity and diabetes how to engage in year by year. The disease process can be divided into four steps, namely simple steatosis, steatohepatitis, further into the fatty liver fibrosis, and finally the development of cirrhosis. Fatty liver as a pre-curable benign liver disease, with early detection and early treatment, so early diagnosis has the significance of non-verbal. However, unlike the traditional method, the magnetic resonance cannot destroy the human body structure, fatty liver disease, early diagnosis, and thus has a good future.
