Rail transit system can bring about enormous social benefit for the cities, save social resources, reduce traffic cost and improve transportation efficiency. The paper analyzes experiences of the marketable operation of commercial resources in foreign urban rail transit, summarizes the mode for Beijing urban rail transit, puts forward the framework for innovation and scale operation so as to further promote the development of urban rail transit system and social-economic development in Bei- jing.
