摘要
铁路既有线运用27 t轴重货车是充分利用既有线资源、盘活存量资产的重要举措,将有效提升铁路既有线运输能力和效益。从货车全寿命周期的角度,计算车辆在寿命期25年内因车辆自身载重由70 t向80 t提升而带来的收入变动和与之相匹配的成本变动,对比分析既有线运用27 t轴重货车的投入产出效益,并按照不考虑资金时间价值和考虑资金时间价值两种方式作出静态和动态的效益分析评价。
27-ton axle load freight wagons used on the existing railway lines are an important initiative to thoroughly use the re- sources of the existing railway lines and liquidize remnant assets, which shall effectively improve the transportation capacity and effectiveness of the existing railway lines. This article presents the income changes and assorted cost changes caused by upgrad- ing the loading capacity of the freight wagon from 70-ton to 80-ton within 25 years life cycle, the contrastive analysis of the input- output effectiveness of the application of 27-ton axle load freight wagons, and the static and dynamic effectiveness analysis with/ without consideration of time value of money.
