Study on Control Technology of Slab Quality for Low-Alloy Steel

摘要 针对攀钢低合金钢生产过程中铸坯出现的角部横裂纹缺陷,通过优化结晶器冷却制度和保护渣,形成了低合金钢铸坯角部横裂纹缺陷的综合控制技术。试验结果表明,低合金钢铸坯角部横裂纹缺陷得到了明显改善,并消除了由此引起的热轧板卷表面线纹和起皮缺陷,缺陷发生率由原来的100%降至5.58%,因铸坯角横裂缺陷造成热轧板卷降级改判率由7.2%降至0.74%。 There were serious transverse corner cracks on continuous casting slab of low alloy steel in Panzhihua Steel before,and study on the control of slab quality had been carried out.Some effective countermeasures are put forward,such as the optimization of primary cooling system and mold powder.Industrial tests show that the transverse corner cracks on continuous casting slab have been significantly reduced,and the reject rate of hot rolled sheet caused by the transverse corner cracks is reduced from 7.2% to 0.74%.
