矿区循环冷却水处理实验研究

摘要 本文针对以矿井水为补充水源的循环冷却水系统,应用自主研制的循环冷却水智能在线监控设备对电厂循环水系统进行24h不间断监控,从而筛选出矿井水水质特点的水处理方案。实验结果表明:本装置能够有效的提高浓缩倍率到4倍,并在此浓缩倍率下保证凝汽器真空度和端差稳定且达到电厂要求的控制范围内,各项水质参数指标均达到电厂生产要求,为解决循环冷却水常见问题,提出了一种新的手段。 The paper mainly for the circulating cooling water system use mine water as cooling water. Independent developed intelligent online monitoring equipment was applied to monitor the circulating cooling water system 24 -hour, and screening out of the mine water quality char- acteristics of the water treatment program. The results show that the device can effectively improve the concentration ratio to 4 times, ensure that the condenser vacuum and temperature difference are within the coutrol of the power plant requirements, the water quality parameters also meet the power plant production requirements. This paper proposes a new method to solve the common problems of circulating cooling water.
