摘要
针对大庆深井固井现状,研制出防气窜增韧水泥浆体系,提出与之配套的固井工艺技术。性能评价试验结果表明,该水泥浆体系防气窜性能良好,抗冲击功有显著提高。现场应用表明,采用该水泥浆体系并结合配套固井方案成功地解决了水泥浆因凝固失重及压裂带来的气窜问题,固井质量优质。
Toughening anti-gas channeling cement slurry system has been developed based on analyzing the requirement of the cement slurry for cementing in Daqing gas field. The properties of cement slurry and cement stone are tested and the results show that the cement slurry performs well at high temperature, the cement stone has certain impact resistance and toughness, meanwhile, the cement slurry has the characteristics of plastic latex, so that the ce- ment slurry has quite act of preventing gas ehannel into annular space in curing time. Because of these reasons, the cementing quality of gas layer has been improved, gas channeling has been prevented. Field application shows that the problem of gas channeling is successfully solved and good cementing has been obtained.
