燕化炼油厂三蒸馏装置用能分析

The Analysis of Energy Balance in No. 3 Crude Distillation Unit in Refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.

为了考察原油蒸馏装置的生产情况,找出今后装置节能的途径,本文运用热力学第一、第二定律,对燕化炼油厂三蒸馏车间蒸馏装置的能量平衡进行标定核算。标定结果表明:装置的综合能耗为476.69 MJ/t,在国内同类装置中属中等水平。针对装置的用能中存在的问题,提出节能的途径。

In order to investigate the productive conditions of the crude distillation unit and find a way to save the energy,the energy balance and exergic balance of the No. 3 Crude Distillation Unit in Refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Co. were obtained by using the first low and the second low analysis of the dynamics. The calibration result shows that the energy consumption of the unit is 476. 69 MJ/ t,better than the average level in units of the same kind. The feature of energy consumption of this u-nit was discussed in this paper and some suggestions for improving operation were proposed.
