斑节对虾不同组织乙酰胆碱酯酶对三唑磷的响应 被引量:3

The response of acetylcholinesterase in different tissues of Penaeus monodon by exposure to triazophos

摘要 采用半静态实验方法测定了三唑磷(OP)对斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)的96 h LC50。根据96 h LC50设立了0.30μg/L(低浓度组)、0.50μg/L(中浓度组)和1.00μg/L(高浓度组)3个浓度组和空白对照组,并进行连续14 d的暴毒胁迫和7 d的清水恢复实验,分别于暴毒胁迫的第1、3、7、14 d和清水恢复的第7 d取样,测定肝胰腺、鳃、肌肉和血清AChE活性。结果表明,肝胰腺AChE活性呈先抑制后诱导再抑制的效应,清水恢复7 d后,除低浓度组外,其他组均与对照组没有显著差异;鳃低浓度组AChE活性呈先抑制后诱导再抑制的效应,中、高浓度组则随时间的延长AChE活性逐渐下降,清水恢复后各浓度组AChE活性仍与对照组有显著差异;肌肉AChE活性随胁迫时间的延长,各浓度组AChE活性先极显著的抑制,后被诱导,而经清水恢复后,活性却极显著降低;血清AChE活性则表现为低浓度先诱导再抑制,中、高浓度先抑制再诱导的效应,经清水恢复后,血清AChE活性与对照组相比均无显著差异。 A semi-static toxicity test was carried out to determine the 96 h median lethal concentration(96 h LC50 value) of Triazophos(OP) on Penaeus monodon.According to the 96 h median lethal concentration set up three concentrations,those are 0.30 μg/L(the lowest concentration)、0.50 μg/L(the middle concentration)、1.00 μg/L(the highest concentration)and a control,and continuously exposed to triazophos 14 days and recover 7 days in fresh water.After exposed day 1、3、7、14 and recover day 7 collected samples individually and assayed AChE activity in hepatopancreas、gill、muscle and serum.The results showed that AChE activity in the hepatopancreas was significant inhibition in the first,then was induce,finally was significant inhibition.After recover in fresh water,all concentration can recover except lowest.Like the AChE activity in the hepatopancreas,the AChE activity in the gill shows the effect of inhibition-induce-inhibition in lowest concentration.While the middle and highest concentration decreased gradually over time.Then 7 days in the fresh water,all concentration show difference very significantly compared with control.The AChE activity in the muscle show decreased very significantly and was induced followed individually in triazophos exposed.But the AChE activity in the muscle very significantly decreased in the fresh water.The AChE activity of lowest was induced and decreased soon afterwards in the serum.On the contrary,the middle and highest concentration decreased and was induced followed.After recover,all concentration can back compare with control.
