乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗老年性阴道炎30例临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of 30 patients with senile vagnitis with live Lactobacillus preparation

目的探讨乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法经患者知情同意并签署知情同意书后,将90例确诊的老年性阴道炎患者随机分成3组:甲硝唑组、甲硝唑联合倍美力软膏组及乳酸杆菌活菌制剂(定君生胶囊)组,每组30例。结果乳酸杆菌活菌制剂(定君生胶囊)组有效率90.0%,甲硝唑组为73.3%,甲硝唑联合倍美力软膏组83.3%,乳酸杆菌活菌制剂组疗效优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of live Lactobacillus preparation on patients with senile vaginitis. Methods Ninety patients with confirmed senile vagnitis were randomly divided into 3 groups： the metronidazole group, the metron- idazole combined with premarin ointment group and the live Lactobacillus preparation group. Results Results showed that the effective rate of the live Lactobacillus preparation group was 90.0%, the effective rate of the metronidazole group was 73.3% and that of the metronidazole combined with premarin ointment group was 83.3%. Significant differences could be noted between the groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Live Lactobacillus preparation could produce significant effect on senile vaginitis.
