摘要
自 1 98 3年起应用松毛虫 CPV-W1 984在云南、四川、河南、广西等地防治文山松毛虫、德昌松毛虫、马尾松毛虫等主要害虫防治面积累计达 6.7万 hm2 ,效果显著。为了研究该病毒株在不同自然条件下不同的宿主松毛虫体内连续增殖后的遗传稳定性 ,作者电镜观察了三种病毒样品 ,其多角体形态大小一致 ,3 %和 5 % PAGE分析各样品的基因组RNA,结果表明该毒株在野外长期使用过程中 ,除保持稳定的毒力外 。
From 1983 Dendrolimus punctatus CPV W1984 strain (DpCPV)has been app lied to control the pine caterpillars in Henan,Sichuan,Guangxi and Yunnan Provinces.The control area has summed in to 67000hm 2,and achicved a good result.In order to study the heredity of DpCPV W1984 strain, DpCPV W1984 has been successively proliferated in different pine caterpillar hosts and in different natural environments,Comparing the three samples,the polyhedrin shape and the RNA segments in 3% PAGE are identified with each other,The results suggest that DpCPV W1984 strain has contained its heredity stability in different pine caterpillar hosts and in different natural environments
