Inspiring mechanism assumes an important rote in the existence and development of organization. Yangzhong City of Jiangsu Province, by means of various inspiring measures such as goal, system, training, and policy, satisfies teachers' needs of material, respect, and development, effectively promoting their professional growth and sense of happiness.
