摘要 车身刚度是衡量整车性能的重要指标之一,车身刚度试验是验证、评价车身静刚度的主要途径。本文以白车身的弯曲、扭转刚度试验为例,对试验系统和试验流程进行了介绍,主要包括系统组成、传感器标定方法、测量点的选择、加载方式、试验数据处理等方面,并对试验方法提出几点改进意见。实际应用结果表明,此试验方法较为合理,易于操作,能够准确地测量车身刚度。 Body stiffness is an important index to measure the vehicle performance, and the test is a main evaluation method for the static stiffness. Taking the bending and torsion test as an exam- ple, the test system and the test process are introduced. It mainly includes system composition, sensor calibration method, selection of measuring points, loading mode, test data processing. Then, several improvements are also proposed. Practical application shows that the test method is reasonable and easy to operate, and the body stiffness could be measured accurately.
