摘要
为了实现离合器片的优化设计,本文首先推导了离合器片丝线轨迹公式,给出了网状结构特性的性能评定参数,包括整体环域填充率、径向分布率范围、周向分布率范围等。通过余弦三角函数和三角波函数,应用matlab软件模拟生成了离合器片的网状结构,并计算得到了网状结构的性能参数。
In order to realize the optimization design of the clutch plate, the formula of thread traj- ectory of the clutch plate is derived, and the parameters of performance evaluation for the reticu- lar structure are given~ such as the filling rate of whole annular domain, the scope of radial distri- bution rate, the scope of circumferential distribution rate. The reticular structure of clutch plate generated by the cosine trigonometric function and the triangle wave function is simulated by Matlab9 and the performance parameters of the reticular structure are obtained.
