摘要
将大豆根瘤菌R12、解磷菌S7、解钾菌C1制作复合菌剂,并进行包埋和草炭吸附处理。以大豆作为试验作物,在大豆鼓粒期和成熟期对大豆的生长与土壤肥力相关指标进行测定。结果表明:包埋菌剂与对照相比,植物株高、干重、根瘤数和百粒重分别增加16.64%、79.41%、40.83%和18.59%。对土壤根际微生物数量测定表明:包埋菌剂与对照相比,鼓粒期细菌、真菌、放线菌分别增加68.81%、196.15%和21.05%,成熟期分别增加59.31%、145.45%和20.00%。包埋菌剂与空白对照相比鼓粒期植物氮磷钾含量分别增加71.02%、50.00%和32.61%,成熟期分别增加67.63%、41.66%和22.40%。对土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量测定的结果表明:鼓粒期包埋菌剂与对照组相比碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾分别增加5.35%、41.70%和13.43%,成熟期分别增加4.19%、42.67%和21.28%。比较不同剂型菌剂的效果,包埋菌剂要优于草炭菌剂。
The use of rhizobia R12, phosphorous $7, potassium dissolving bacteria C1 produced composite inocula, and treatment with embedded and peat adsorption were made. Soybean as test crop, growth and fertility-related indicators were measured at filling and maturity stages. The result showed that embedding agents compared with control, plants height,dry weight,nodule number and 100 seed weight increased by 16.64%,79.41%,40.83% and 18.59%. Rhizosphere microorganisms in the soil showed that bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes increased by 68.81%,196.15% and 21.05% at filling stage and increased by 59.31%,145.45% and 20.00% at maturity stage by embedding agents. Embedding agents compared with control, NPK content in crop has increased 71.02%,50.00% and 32.61% at filling stage and increased by 67.63%,41.66% and 22.40% at maturity stage. The Alkaline hydrolysis N, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil showed that NPK content increased by 5.35%,41.70% and 13.43% at filling stage and increased by 4.19%,42.67% and 21.28% at maturity stage. The effects of different forms of agents, embedding agents were better than those of peat agents.
