摘要
针对步进电机驱动的运动可逆式引信隔爆机构存在功耗高、尺寸大等问题,设计了逆压电驱动的动作可逆式引信隔爆机构。该机构借助逆压电效应使压电驱动器的定子在交变信号作用下蠕动,其驱动足拨动滑块缓缓移动,如果信号反相,则向相反方向移动。试验测试表明:该隔爆机构可以实现引信延期解除保险,并可恢复隔爆状态,具有低功耗、尺寸小、结构紧凑、驱动精度高和不产生电磁干扰等优点。
Aiming at the problems of high power consumption and large size of the reversible fuze interrupter mechanism driving by the stepper moto, a reversible interrupter mechanism based on piezoelectric actuator was designed in this paper. In virtue of the inverse piezoelectric effect, the stator of the actuator crept in alternating signal. The driving feet on the stator promoted the slider to move slowly, if signal inversion, the slider moved in the opposite direction. The test results indicated that the new mechanism fulfils the application requirements. The scheme had the advantages such as little size, compact structure, low power dissipation, high drive preci- sion, no electromagnetic interference and so on.
