我国养老保险基金的筹集、监管及其支付研究

A STUDY OF THE RAISING,SUPERVISION AND PAYMENT ON PENSION FUNDS IN CHINA

养老保险制度的建立与完善是社会主义市场经济体制的基本要求。养老保险制度作为一项关乎国计民生的社会经济制度,不仅是维护社会公平正义的稳定阀,而且是推动和促进经济社会发展的持续动力。为此,根据现阶段我国养老保险基金的运行状况,分析养老保险基金的筹集、监管、支付三个阶段存在的问题,提出适合我国经济发展的养老保险基金筹集工具、监管模式及其支付对策,是当前我国养老保险领域需要认真研究解决的课题。

The establishment and the improvement of pension insurance system are the basic requirements in the socialist market economic system. Pension insurance system, as a social and economic system about people＇s livelihood, not only is the stable valve to maintain social fairness and justice, and is the sustainable momentum to promote and facilitate the economic and social development. Therefore, according to the operational status of pension funds at the present stage in China, this paper analyzes the problems of raising, supervision, payment on pension fund, and proposes some countermeasures on raising tools, supervision models and payments of pension fimds Suitable for China＇s economic development. These are the issues to need to be seriously studied and solved in areas of China＇s current pension.
