摘要
为了克服由焊缝收缩引起的变形及热处理应力释放引起的尺寸超差,采用机械校正法保证制件的设计尺寸和技术条件。这种"里胀外收"的结构采取了限位控制径向尺寸,最终解决了单件焊接收缩量预留不够的问题。
In this paper, Take the method of mechanical correcting to overcomethe distortion for welding and the deviation for heat treating stress relieve,ensure the design dimension and technology requirement. Die structure of inner expand and outer closing control the radial dimension with the restriction, resolve the problem for the inadeauate of the single dimension.
