基于Pro/E布局控制的橡胶模参数化设计

Parametric Design of Rubber Mold Based on the Control of Pro/E Layout File

本文基于Pro/E软件平台,利用其自带的布局模块,融入参数化程序的设计,以结构相对简单的橡胶垫模具为参数化三维模型实例,实现了橡胶模具参数化设计。本方法是一种相对比较简便的参数化设计方法,整个过程简单易懂、易操作,实用性强,设计人员只需输入产品外形尺寸即可自动生成所需的橡胶产品模具图纸,大大提升了模具设计的效率。

Based on Pro/E software platform, by using its own layout module and integrating into the parameterized design, with relatively simple structure of rubber mat mold as an example of parametric 3D model, we realized the parametric design of rubber mold. This method is a relatively simple method of parametric design, the whole process is simple, easy to operate and practicable, designers only need to input the shape size of product can automatically generate the required mold drawings of rubber products.
