本文通过问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,对杨营村农地流转的现状分析,从流转规模、流转方式、流转的周期、流转的价格、租金支付方式、流转的动因和流转的绩效具体研究分析,剖析农地流转存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出切实可行的对策。

This article analyses farmland circulation situation of Yangying Village through the combined methods of the questionnaire survey and interviews. Research and analyse the transfer agent and the transfer effect by its scale, transfer mode, transfer period, transfer price, and rent payment to analyse the problem of agricultural land flow, and then put forward the feasible countermeasure combining with actual condition.
