摘要
针对自主开发的一款ISG混合动力柴油机——CA4DL1-26E5H,根据其实际控制策略建立了用于标定的混合动力汽车(HEV)扭矩分配模型,基于该模型研究了针对欧洲动态循环(ETC)的HEV扭矩分配优化;论述了基于控制模型的标定流程,介绍了基于遗传算法的最优发动机扭矩分配系数脉谱表(MAP)结果;最后在实际混合动力试验台架上验证了基于控制模型的标定优化结果的准确性。
The HEV torque distribution model for calibration was established based on its real control strategy in the ISG hybrid diesel engine for the Model of CA4DL1-26E5 H. The optimization of HEV torque distribution for dynamic ETC cycle was made, and the cali- bration procedure was discussed based on the controlling model, and optimum torque distribution MAP was introduced based on genetic algorithm. Finally, the accuracy of the optimization results in calibration was verified according to the actual control model based on resuits of hybrid test.
