摘要
汽油直喷(GDI)喷油器电磁执行器是GDI燃油喷射系统中电子控制三大关键零部件之一,对发动机性能有很大影响。本文通过对电磁执行器总成及零部件各种潜在的失效模式及其失效后引起的后果分析,在设计中加以考虑,有效地提高了电磁执行器可靠性。
The GDI injector solenoid actuator is GDI electronically controlled fuel injection system one of the three key components. Through a variety of solenoid actuator assembly and parts potential failure mode and effects analysis , be considered in the design , effectively improve the reliability of the solenoid actuators.
