摘要
在自主研发新型共轨压电式喷油器驱动系统的基础上,利用压电执行器的特性以及电感器件关断反向电动势特性,提出了二阶充放电的驱动策略,并设计开发了能量回收电路。试验证明,设计的能量回收电路可实现压电系统的能量回收,在一定范围内补偿了压电执行器的驱动能量损耗,并且降低了功耗器件的功耗需求。
Based on the drive of new piezoelectric common rail injector, take advantage of the characteristic of piezoelectric injector and inductor' s high anti voltage when it is shut down. Put forward views of two times charge and discharge control of the piezoelectric injector, and designed the recovery energy electric circuit. The results show that the driver modules can aehive the purpose of retrieve energy, it compensates the energy loss in a certain range, therefore it reduced the demand of power element.
