摘要
为了满足直流力矩电机废气再循环(EGR)对于位置控制响应快、超调量小、稳态精度高的要求,在分析经典比例积分微分(PID)控制算法的基础上,根据直流力矩电机EGR结构,提出一种精确数学模型和抗积分饱和变结构PID混合的控制算法,采用该控制算法后,系统具有较高的动态响应特性,并且系统匹配标定工作量减少。通过仿真验证和发动机台架实验验证了该控制算法的有效性。
In order to meet the requirements of position control of DC Torque motor EGR valve, such as the fast response, small overshooting, high accuracy steady-state, a mixed controlling algorithm was proposed, in which the accurate model and Anti-Windup Variable structure PID controller is combined, based on analyzing of classical PID control algorithm and EGR structure. There are good frequency response characteristics and high calibrating efficiency in the controlling strategy, and the control effect of the mixed algorithm has been verified by the results of simulation and test.
