摘要
从统计过程控制(SPC)应用的基本原则出发,结合发动机新品开发试制过程特点,应用SPC工具,对发动机新品开发试制质量进行监控。通过对发动机关键件的试制质量分析表明,无论对于大批量生产还是小批量的新品试制过程,都可以应用SPC技术控制产品质量,提高产品质量水平。
Study from the basic application principles of statistical process control, combining with the characteristics of the new engine development, using SPC tools in prototype quality control and monitor engine product development process. Through the engine' s prototypes quality analysis show that both mass production and small batch of prototype production, the SPC technique can be applied to control the quality of the product.
