It is very important to seal the mountain's passes and plant trees on the middle part of the southern Funiushan Monutain which is the catchment basin of Danjiang Reservoir and the headstream of Laoguan River and other rivers.The control pattern of properly closing forest and protecting water resources was summed up through investigating and analyzing the present situations,existing technical problems.
