摘要
目的分析我院三年内60岁以上老年肿瘤患者在医院治疗期间用药情况及特点。方法每年随机选择100例60岁以上以药物治疗为主要手段的肿瘤患者病例，连续三年，结合疗效，进行统计分析。结果2010～2012年传统抗肿瘤药物排名第一位，靶向抗肿瘤药物和提高免疫力药物紧随其后。通过全面综合治疗，三年的数据显示完全缓解CR和部分缓解PR的肿瘤患者都接近七成。结论老年肿瘤患者个体化用药显著，更注重全面综合治疗，提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the treatment medication peculiarity of cancer patients in hospital recent 3 years. Methods 100 cancer patients over 60 years old were selected randomly per year to analyze the treatment med-ication peculiarity statistically in 3 years. Results Traditional anticancer drugs ranked number one, targeted antiean-eer drugs and improve the immune system followed. Through comprehensive treatment, CR and PR cancer patients were almost 70% in 3 years. Conclusion Individual drug use and comprehensive treatment for elderly cancer pa-tients could significantly imorove quality of life.
