在临床实习教学中贯穿执业医师考试内容的教学效果评价

摘要 目的以执业医师考试为导向,对临床实习教学进行改革,以毕业考试成绩为考核标准,量化实习效果,探索以执业医师考试为导向的临床实习教学方法改革的应用价值。方法以2010及2011年到我院实习的学生为研究对象,其中2011年学生为实验组,采用以执业医师考试为导向的实习带教方法进行教学,2010年学生为对照组,按照传统方法进行教学,分析两组学生的毕业考试成绩,得出结论。结果实验组学生毕业考试成绩明显优于对照组。结论在临床实习教学过程中坚持以执业医师考试为导向,持续进行教学改革,可以使课堂教学内容与临床实践实现有机的整合,提高毕业考试成绩,进而为顺利通过执业医师资格考试奠定基础。 Objective Guided by the medical licensing examination ,reforming the method of the clinical in-tern teaching to find the practice value of the reform by means of quantified the teaching effect with the scores of licen-sing examination. Methods The study included 96 interns in 2010 and 2011 who come to our hospital for practice , 49 interns in 2011 as experimental group teaching with the new method , and 47 interns in 2010 as control group teaching with traditional method. All interns were assessed with graduate examination result. Results The experi- mental group gain better result in graduate examination than the control group. Conclusion Guide the reform the clinical teaching by passing through medical licensing examination, we can implement organic conformity of classroom teaching content and clinical practice, improve the graduate examination result of the intern and set up a base of pass-ing through medical licensing examination.
