摘要
为解决电解加工过程中电解液温升对加工精度的影响,针对一个48m3的竖流式复合电解液池,采用COMSOL Multiphysics分析了电解液池中的流动电解液热量的传递过程及电解液的流速对温度场分布的影响,得到温度的变化规律.结果表明:沉淀池的温度场分布均匀,温度明显比清液池温度高,此时清液池的温度场分布不均,出现温度高和温度低的区域.通过合理设置采样点,得到了电解液池中温度最高的位置,为采用热交换器选择热液抽取点提供了工艺参考,有利于后续调节和控制电解液温升.
For the problem of the machining accuracy affected by the electrolyte temperature in the electrochemical machining process, the flowing electrolyte heat transfer and the temperature field distribution are analysed based on COMSOL Multiphysics with a vertical sedimentation of 48 m3 composite electrolytecell. The results show that the temperature of settling ceil is higher than clear liquid cell,at this time, the clear liquid cell appears high temperature area and low temperature area, and its temperature field distribution is uneven. Through setting up sampling point reasonably, the location of highest temperature position in the electrolytic cell is obtained which supplies technological reference for hot liquid extraction point of the heat exchanger to adjust and control the electrolyte temperature.
