摘要
为了确定共水解缩合法制备含胺基有机硅树脂的最佳工艺,讨论了硅烷配比、反应时间、催化剂用量及溶剂配比等几个因素对产物产率的影响,分析了所制备产物的结构及热性能.结果表明:己二胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷(NA)与苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)的摩尔比为1∶3,反应时间为12h,催化剂用量为0.5mL,水和乙醇的体积比为60∶40;所制备部分产物在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)及四氢呋喃(THF)中具有良好的溶解性.产物含有胺基并具有笼型结构;产物具有良好的热稳定性,其640℃时的热残留率为70.5%.
Several factors are disscussed to determine the optimum process of organic silicon resin with amion by co-hydrolysis condensation in this paper. The optimum process conditions are obtained as follows:The ratio of NA to PTES is 1 : 3,the react time is 12 hours,the catalyst amount is 0. 5 mL,the volume ratio of water to ethanol is 60: 40. Some products show good solubility in DMAC, DMF and THF. FTIR shows that amino group and cage structure exist in the organosilicon resin. The residual rate of this product is 70. 5 %,which indicates the good thermal stability of the organosilicon resin.
