摘要
目的:研究医院内科护理中护患纠纷的发生原因和防范对策。方法:选取本院心内科护士36名,比较分析其在参加相关培训前后1年内的护患纠纷发生率差异,并通过问卷调查,比较患者的满意度。结果:36名护士在参加相关培训前护患纠纷的发生率为4%,培训后护患纠纷的发生率为0(P<0.05);培训后患者满意率为96.7%,明显高于培训前的86.4%(P<0.05)。结论:通过对护士进行专题培训,可以有效避免护患纠纷的发生,值得在各大医院推广。
Objective: To study the internal medicine care in hospital in nurse-patient dispute analysis and coun : 36 nurses were chosen from hospital of cardiology, the nursing disputes differences were compared and analyzed in participate in related training before and after 1 years, and patients satisfaction were compared through questionnaires.Result: The incidence of 4%, after training 36 nurses in nurse-patient disputes to participate in relevant training of nursing disputes incidence ( P〈0.05 ) ; training patient satisfaction rate of 96.7% was significantly higher than before the training 86.4% (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The nurses in the train can effectively prevent the occurrence of nurse-patient dispute, which is worth popularization for the hospitals.
