摘要
工作过程课程观对教师课程实施能力提出挑战。工作过程导向的职业院校教师课程实施能力应包括课程实施认识能力、课程实施实践能力和课程实施反思能力,在这三个维度基础上可构建体现工作过程属性的职业院校教师课程实施能力指标体系。工作过程导向的职业院校教师课程实施能力培养需要研制职业院校教师课程实施能力指导标准、确立工作过程导向的职业院校教师课程观、实施实践化取向的职业院校教师培养模式。
The working process oriented curriculum view challenges teachers" curriculum implementation abilities, which includes cognitive ability, practical ability and reflective ability. Based on these three dimensions, a corresponding index system has been proposed. To train the working process oriented vocational school teachers' curriculum implementation abilities, a guidance standard should be developed, a working process oriented vocational school teachers' curriculum view should be established and a practical training mode should be set up.
