校企之间存在价值取向上的异向性、合作上的松散性和懈怠性等现象。需要从观念、利益、环境三方面寻找二者异质因素的耦合对策。职业院校要破解校企合作困局,必须找准校企合作持续发展的"给力"点,敦促政府做出利于职业教育发展的政策、制度安排。

In view of the anisotropic value orientation and loose cooperation between schools and enterprises, coupling measures for their heterogeneous elements should be sought for from the aspects of ideas, profit and environment. In order to make the smooth running of school -enterprise cooperation, vocational schools should find a cut-in point for sustainable development and urge the government to issue policies and make arrangements that are advantageous to the development of vocational education.
