摘要
以柴油(260~280℃馏分)为反应介质,磷酸氢二铵和尿素为原料,聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用分散聚合工艺成功地制备出Ⅱ型难溶聚磷酸铵(APPⅡ)。实验结果表明:APPⅡ的较优制备条件为:n(尿素)∶n(磷酸二氢铵)=1.1∶1,反应温度为220℃,通入湿氨气反应16h。在此条件下,制备出的APP氮磷含量分别为w(N)=14.04%,w(P2O5)=71.06%,100mL水中溶解度0.50g。红外光谱与X射线衍射分析证实了产品的晶型。该方法操作容易,工艺过程和所用设备简单,但产品颜色较深。
Ⅱ form ammonium polyphosphate(APP-Ⅱ)was prepared by a dispersion polymerization process using urea and diammonium hydrogen phosphate(DAP)as raw materials,polyethylene glycols(PEG6000)as a dispersant and diesel oil(260~280℃distillate)as a solvent.The results showed that the optimum conditions of the preparation of APP-Ⅱ was as follows:n(urea)∶n(DAP)=1.1∶1,the reaction temperature being 220 ℃ and the reaction time being 16hon the introduction of wet ammonia.The APP product obtained has nitrogen content of 14.04%,phosphorus pentoxide content of 71.06%,and 100mL water solubility of 0.50g.Its crystal form was confirmed by FT-IR and XRD.This method has merits such as easy operation,simple apparatus used and simple process,but the colour of the product is deep.
