摘要
研究了抗氧剂在三醋酸纤维素合成中的应用,并考察了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响。确定了最佳反应条件,即:n(纤维素结构单元)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶3.3,纤维素10.3g,催化剂H2SO40.24g,抗氧化剂A 0.006g,反应温度120℃,反应时间2.0h。在此条件下,三醋酸纤维素平均取代度为2.95,分子平均聚合度大于160,产率超过96%,色泽白色。
The synthesis of cellulose triacetate in the presence of antioxidant was studied in this paper.The effects of factors such as kind and dosage of antioxidant,dasage of catalyst,n(cellulose structural unit)∶n(acetic anhydride),reaction temperature,and reaction time,were examined.The obtained optimum conditions were n(cellulose structural unit)∶n(acetic anhydride)1∶3.3,cellulose 10.3g,H2SO40.24g,antioxidant A 0.006g,reaction temperature 120℃and reaction time 2.0h.Under the above conditions,the average degree of substitution and yield of cellulose triacetate were 2.95and 96.9%,respectively.The average degree of polymerization is more than 160.Otherwise,the usage of antioxidant improved the color of the product.
